The Fire Officers and Firefighters from Toms River Fire Company #2 along with 215 other firefighters from the state had the pleasure of attending Retired FDNY Chief John Normans Seminar on Fire Ground Tactics for House and Store Fires. Chief Norman is the author of the Book Fire Officers Handbook of Tactics. The Toms River Fire Officers use this book as one of the many guides. It was an honor to attend this program.
