pMembers of the Toms River Brick and Berkeley Technical Rescue Teams conducted a joint training excercise at the old Bradlees at the Dover Mall.nbsp The three technical rescue teams make up the Ocean County Technical Rescue Taskforce.nbsp The taskforce is currently being trained by NJ-TF1 to be a Regional Urban Search and Rescue Strike Team RUST.nbsp The RUST concept is mirrored after the Metro Area Strike Teams in North Jersey in the designated UASI area.p
