TOMS RIVER VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY No. 2 REGRETS TO ANNOUNCE
THE UNTIMELY PASSING OF VICE PRESIDENT/FIRE POLICE OFFICER ROBERT J. HOEHN
It is with a heavy heart the Toms River Volunteer Fire Company No. 2 regrets to announce the untimely passing of Current Vice President, Past President, Past Fire Police Captain & Life Member Robert J. Hoehn.
Bobby as most of us knew him served as a Fire Police Officer with Company 2 for approximately 30 years. Bobby has been a staple in the fire company’s administration for a good portion of his membership serving Several years as President and Vice President of the company. Along with holding several other offices throughout the years. Bobby was to serve as Vice President in 2020.
Bobby leaves behind his Wife Linda, Son Firefighter/EMT Andrew Hoehn, and Several Brothers, Sisters and Friends in the Fire Service.
Arrangements for Vice President Hoehn will be as follows:
Viewing is going to be Wednesday, January 8th 2pm to 9pm and Thursday, January 9th 10-11 at Carmona-Bolen Home for Funerals, LLC 412 Main Street, Toms River. then burial will follow on Thursday at St. Joseph’s Cemetery on Cedar Grove Road in Toms River. Following Burial a Repass will be at American Legion Post 129 on Church Road in Toms River. Obituary will be posted in the Asbury Park Press on Sunday.
Firemen’s Service will begin tentatively at 7:30pm on the 8th. All participating agencies are asked to arrive at 7:00pm for lineup and be in appropriate uniforms.
